Gold Coast born and bred, Ethan has spent over a decade in the elevator industry — rising through the ranks to lead operations at a national level. His time in the field highlighted a clear gap: everyday homeowners were navigating an industry stacked against them. That insight sparked the vision for Lifthub. 

With hands-on experience across every major supplier and a deep understanding of lift codes and compliance, Ethan brings unmatched expertise to the team. 

Now based in Melbourne and working alongside Harry, he’s on a mission to make lift buying simpler, smarter, and more transparent. When he’s not deep in supplier negotiations or lift specs, you’ll likely find him getting a few laps in at the pool or catching an NRL game.

Originally from New Zealand and now based in Melbourne, Harry stepped into the elevator industry with a sharp eye for systems and a drive to bring transparency to a complex market. 

After holding senior roles in the sector, he teamed up with Ethan to launch Lifthub. Harry leads the operational engine room: negotiating better rates, refining supplier processes, and making sure no detail gets missed.

When he can sneak in a break from lifts, he’s probably escaping Melbourne’s winter — scuba diving somewhere warm.
